The Ketogasm Podcast: Easy Keto with Tasha (that’s me!) is launching November 13, 2019.
Each week, I’ll be sharing my insights and tips on how to make keto sustainable for your lifestyle.
I want to help you get out of the weeds and stop overcomplicating keto! Keto can be a straightforward way of eating if you just let it be. It’s my mission to show you how to get out of your own way and stop self-sabotaging your efforts.
This show has been a long time coming. Over the years, I’ve received tons of emails, comments, and DMs from women all over the world, asking keto questions that are driving them up the wall. This podcast is truly a culmination of those inquiries, my personal experience with keto, and my evolution from yo-yo dieter to nutrition educator.
Think: what low carb nutrition science looks like when it’s applied in the real world.
I am last-day-of-school excited to get the ball rolling with the podcast. We are going to connect in a way that just doesn’t happen with blogs and recipes. You’ll get me–a real live person–explaining things as simply as possible instead of frantically Googling and trudging through the fluff that doesn’t answer your questions. Or worse, sending you down a convoluted rabbit hole that leaves you even more confused! Yuck.
Not too long ago, hundreds of my readers chimed in to help me shape the content and future of Ketogasm. Did they want elaborate food photography and time-consuming recipe development? No. Were they stoked to wait years for me to write another book? Of course not. They wanted answers to their questions, insight, and clarity NOW, and a podcast was the fastest way for me to address their wants and needs — quick, friendly chats about common pain points and easy opportunities to improve keto eating habits.
