Roasted Turkey Breast with Mushrooms & Brussels Sprouts Recipe
Bite-sized chunks of turkey breast baked with two of my favorite low carb veggies!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a small mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
In a 9 x 6-inch casserole dish, combine turkey, brussels sprouts, and mushrooms. Pour the olive oil mixture over the top.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes or until the turkey is cooked through and no longer pink. An internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit is a safe bet.
