Roasted Turkey Breast with Mushrooms & Brussels Sprouts Recipe

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a small mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  • In a 9 x 6-inch casserole dish, combine turkey, brussels sprouts, and mushrooms. Pour the olive oil mixture over the top.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes or until the turkey is cooked through and no longer pink. An internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit is a safe bet.
