Instructions
Cut off the base of the endive to individually separate the leaves.
In a small bowl, combine tuna and red onion.
In a separate bowl, thoroughly mix avocado oil, vinegar, and salt.
Drizzle the oil mixture over the tuna and mix until evenly distributed.
Scoop the tuna salad mixture into individual endive leaves.
Serve immediately or chill until ready to eat.
