Tomatillo Pico de Gallo [Recipe]

I can't think of anything I don't want to put this green pico de gallo on!

  • 3 Tomatillos Medium, Coarsely Chopped
  • 1/4 White Onion Finely Chopped
  • 1/2 Green Jalapeno Pepper With Seeds, Finely Chopped
  • 1 Scallion Minced
  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro Chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt to taste


  • In a medium sized bowl, gently mix together tomatillos, onion, jalapeno pepper, scallion, cilantro and garlic powder until thoroughly combined.
  • Taste the vegetable mixture and add salt to your liking.
  • Mix together.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1-2 days.
