Tomatillo Pico de Gallo [Recipe]
I can't think of anything I don't want to put this green pico de gallo on!

- 3 Tomatillos Medium, Coarsely Chopped
- 1/4 White Onion Finely Chopped
- 1/2 Green Jalapeno Pepper With Seeds, Finely Chopped
- 1 Scallion Minced
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro Chopped
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Salt to taste
In a medium sized bowl, gently mix together tomatillos, onion, jalapeno pepper, scallion, cilantro and garlic powder until thoroughly combined.
Taste the vegetable mixture and add salt to your liking.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1-2 days.
