Saute bacon, onion, and garlic in Instant Pot or over medium heat on stovetop.

Add ground beef to pot and break into smaller pieces at it browns.
Brown beef

Pour in beef broth and scrape down any pieces stuck to the pan.
Deglaze pot

Add in tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, pepper, salt, and diced tomatoes (or Ro-Tel).
Add the rest

Combine ingredients and seal lid of Instant Pot or cover stovetop/crockpot pan to cook.
