EASY KETO KALE SALAD

INGREDIENTS

DIJON MUSTARD

SUNFLOWER KERNELS

AVOCADO

ONION

KALE

CHICKEN BREAST

WHITE WINE VINEGAR

Tear or cut thick stems from each kale leaf and discard. Save the dark leafy parts.

Chop kale into smaller pieces or strips. Place in big salad bowl.

Drizzle small amount of olive oil and salt over chopped kale leaves. Massage with hands until the leaves just begin to wilt.

Chop chicken into small cubes. Add to salad bowl.

Dice red onion. Add to salad bowl.

Cut avocado into small chunks.  Add to salad bowl.

Add sunflower seed kernels to salad bowl. Toss well to distribute ingredients.

Prepare salad dressing by combining olive oil, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, black pepper, & sea salt.
